Shipping & Returns
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once packages have been shipped and delivered to the correct address we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to email@example.com. Please note we cannot replace goods that show as delivered to your inputted address. We will help work with a carrier if a package goes missing and cannot be located.
Please note that our default shipper is USPS. Signature is not required. If you have special circumstances at your location please include this in with your order. We are able to require signatures and ship Fedex, offered by request.
Free shipping on orders of $100 qualifies you for ground shipping on USPS in the USA. Free shipping does NOT apply to international orders. If you need to expedite an order additional shipping will be charged.
USPS Economy - Up to 5lb delivers 5-8 days after processing
USPS Priority – All weights and sizes delivers 1-3 days after processing
USPS Standard – Over 5lb delivers 3-5 days after processing
FEDEX Home Delivery – All weights and sizes delivers up to 5 days after processing
Local Pick Up
Pick up available in the Mission in San Francisco. Please note this selection requires 2 business days notice. We request that you arrange to pick up your order within 3 weeks from the time it is ready, if not we will bill you for economy shipping and will ship.
Fox & Doll uses USPS & DHL to ship internationally. We charge a flat rate of $35.00. We are not responsible for customer or duties assigned upon arrival. We do not pay return shipping on international orders and customs and duties are non refundable.
Canadian orders are not flat rate and will process at checkout.
Fox & Doll offers returns and exchanges on select products if there is an issue within 14 days of your receipt of order. An exchange, refund or store credit will be issued.
Please note, there are NO refunds for sale items. You may however exchange or opt for store credit. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Fox & Doll reserves the right to deny any return if it does not meet our policy requirements.
If you would like to exchange or return items, please ensure the item(s) returned are in unused and unopened, perfect condition.
To process a return we require you to:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return or exchange authorization. We will email you Return Authorization # and a USPS shipping label (if applicable) to print and affix to order. Please use original packing materials in the return or similar USPS Priority box provided by USPS.
2. Please write in “RETURN REASON” on the packing slip, include your original order number place in box.
Expect to hear from us approximately 2-5 days after receiving your return at our location. Returns and exchanges are usually processed 48 hours after receiving the return. Any questions please email email@example.com
There are NO refunds on sale items. You may however exchange items or opt for store credit. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Sign up for the Fox & Doll newsletter to receive news for occasional promotions. We cannot reissue a promotional code once a discounted item has been returned. All promotional codes are valid only during the designated time window, unless otherwise specified.
We are happy to make return arrangements for any items as a gift. We can issue a shop credit that you can shop with once you set up an account on our site. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for gifts.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
